Common questions

What happens after beta?+

You keep the beta discount for 24 months from contract start. After that, regular pricing applies – which we'll communicate well in advance.

Is there a minimum term?+

No. You can cancel monthly. We believe good software is sticky because of quality, not because of contracts.

What's the setup fee?+

On Starter: nothing, you set up yourself. On Team and Business, personal onboarding is included.

What happens when our shop grows?+

We bill at month-end based on active staff. Hire someone, and you move into the matching plan automatically. No penalty fees, no contract upgrade.

Any discount for annual payment?+

Yes, 10 % off the list price for annual prepay. The beta discount and the annual discount are not combinable – during beta, we recommend monthly.

How does migrating from our old software work?+

We import master data (customers, items, open invoices) from common industry tools as well as Excel/CSV. We walk through the migration in a 60-minute session before you switch.

Can we export our data?+

Anytime. CSV export for all master data, audit-compliant export for financials. Vendor lock-in is not our business model.

Where is the data stored?+

On our servers in Germany, separated per business. No US cloud, no subprocessor outside the EU. Daily backups, documented recovery procedure.
