Rather than sharing a single cloud database, each contractor receives a physically isolated database schema. We also embed modern AI where it makes sense, automating manual transcription and quote calculations.

Yes. We support DATANORM 4.0 and 5.0 out of the box, as well as importing customer records via standard CSV or Excel files. Our IDS-Connect interface connects you directly to your wholesalers for real-time pricing and stock checks.

By default, we run sworg in ISO-certified German data centers (fully GDPR compliant). For maximum data sovereignty, you can choose to self-host sworg on your own servers or in your private cloud. Tenant isolation is maintained either way.

Yes. The sworg web app caches your key project records on the mobile device. Technicians can log hours, upload photos, and dictate site diaries offline. The app syncs automatically as soon as a connection is restored.

We assist you personally during the entire transition. We use our migration tools to import your master data and active projects. During the 30-day pilot phase, you can test sworg alongside your existing system for peace of mind.
